Yes. You can request to be removed from Budget Bill at any time by calling Gas South at 877-472-4932.
Additionally, you could be removed from Budget Bill if you do not pay the “Total Amount Due” every month.
Regardless of the reason for stopping Budget Bill, we’ll apply any existing balance to your account and include the credit or payment due on your next bill.
Please note: We’re no longer accepting new Budget Bill customers, as we’ve retired the program. Current Budget Bill customers can continue on the program until the end of their current agreements, but Budget Bill won’t be an option at plan renewal.
