What happens if I can’t pay my bill?

Gas South offers residential and small commercial customers pay plans if you are currently unable to pay your bill but will be able to pay it soon. Please contact us at 1-877-472-4932 to discuss this option or log into Online Account Services to set up a one-time payment plan. 

If you are having difficulty paying your bill, there are a variety of energy assistance programs available to provide you with financial assistance.
